EU Customer’s Visit to Shenzhen Prosperous Office and Huizhou Factory
In September 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming our valued German customers to Shenzhen and Huizhou for an exciting and productive visit. This visit was a great opportunity to strengthen our partnership, showcase our sustainable manufacturing practices, and discuss future collaborations. Here’s a recap of this memorable experience.
A Productive Start in Shenzhen
Our customers, a prominent European distributor and online retailer, began their visit at our Shenzhen office, situated in the heart of innovation and commerce. We greeted them with refreshments and began the day with an introduction to our company’s mission: offering high-quality, sustainable bamboo solutions for the European market.
The afternoon featured a dynamic business meeting where we presented our diverse range of bamboo products, emphasizing their environmental benefits and versatility. Our client was particularly impressed by our dedication to sustainability and eco-friendly solutions. We also discussed customization options, including bamboo plates tableware, golf skewers, and household items tailored to meet the needs of the European market.
To conclude the day, we treated our guests to a traditional Cantonese dinner, symbolizing Chinese hospitality and fostering a deeper connection between our teams. This relaxed setting provided a perfect opportunity for open discussions, paving the way for future collaborations.
Exploring Bamboo Innovation in Huizhou
The following day, we took our customers to our factory in Huizhou, located about two hours from Shenzhen, offering a scenic view of Guangdong’s beautiful landscape. Established in 1995, our factory is situated in an area abundant in bamboo resources, allowing us to lead the industry in products like bamboo skewers, toothpicks, cutlery, and more.
During the tour, our guests had the chance to witness firsthand the sustainable practices and quality control processes that drive our business. Key highlights included:
